  • Problems generally with forfeiture
  • Keep open clauses
  • Break clauses and problems with vacant possession
  • Possible arguments of frustration
  • Business rates
  • Business rates in relation to empty property
  • Insurance implications

This update is aimed at commercial property solicitors and practitioners as well as developers.

We will be using the Zoom software (Zoom.com) to host the session, with the intention being that everyone attending (if they choose) can see both Richard presenting as well as all the other attendees – so it will be the closest thing to attending a physical conference that we can achieve.

Zoom is the video conferencing platform used by a large number of law firms and from what we have experienced to date, appears reliable.

It will be an interactive session with Richard speaking for up to an hour followed by questions. Questions can also be asked during the session (which is what Richard prefers).

Once you have registered for the event, you will be sent, separately by email, login details so that only those registered will be able to attend.
